NOTICE OF DATABASE TRANSITION
This notice is to advise Whanganui uri that Ngā Tāngata Tiaki o Whanganui will be transitioning the Whanganui Iwi Database from the current database provider to a new database provider as part of ongoing improvements to our information management processes.
In the first instance the data will return to Ngā Tāngata Tiaki o Whanganui and be managed internally until the transition is made to a new provider in the new year.
NTT database through your O-RA portal will be unavailable from 5pm, Wednesday 30 September 2026. During the transition period, you will still be able to enter new registrations or update your information through an online form which is available here (https://arcg.is/HOWWH2).
We ask that you continue to keep us informed of any changes to your contact details or other relevant information during this period so that we can ensure our records remain accurate and up to date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being undertaken. We will provide further information about the new database once we are closer to the transition date in the new year.

It means that you get sent pānui and updates on kaupapa related to the Whanganui River and Te Awa Tupua, the people and the river from the Mountains to the Sea. You can also apply for the different grants that are advertised on our website and facebook page.
